As a Client Lead, you are responsible for building strategic long-term relationships for several new and/or existing accounts by understanding client needs, shaping solutions, bringing expertise and convert them into internal actions. You are also responsible for driving profitable sales growth through new and existing accounts.

Responsibilities

· You develop Universem’s relationships with new and existing accounts

· You set up strategies to identify our client needs

· You set up and deliver cross services sales strategies (SEO, Analytics, SEA, Social, …)

· You initiate innovation from customer needs and collaborate with Heads Of Expertise to bring the customer needs’ perspective into new products & services

· You manage offers & close deals

· You are a coach for consultants to develop their soft skills towards performance and client orientation

Profile

· You have min. 6 years in account management

· Digital marketing is a passion and you have already worked in the sector
